As it’s Mother’s Day here in the UK, here’s a killer track with an apt title by Nigerian vocalist & percussionist - Aleke Kanonu.

Taken from his 1980 LP Aleke, it features some amazing musicians that were also working in New York at the time.

The whole record is special, but this track is particularly beautiful - and perfect for today.
